The letters are courtesy templates, not statutory notices: where state law prescribes specific wording or timing (formal pay-or-quit notices, for example), the templates say so and their appendix gives your state's period. Every state figure in the bundle carries the data release it was built from and the date it was verified; when a rule changes, the bundle is re-issued and the files on the listing are replaced with the current edition.
